Conference FAQs
Will there be a virtual option for 2026?
As of right now, we are not planning for a virtual option. Our goal is to provide an in person experience to enhance active knowledge sharing, collaboration, and in-person networking.
Where is the conference located?
The conference June 11 will be held at the Monarch Casino Resort and Spa in Black Hawk, Colorado. It will be directly preceding the CPS Annual Meeting.
When is the CPS Annual Meeting?
The CPS Annual Meeting will begin after the Residency Conference of the Rockies from June 12-13, 2026. There will be a joint reception on June 11, 2026.
Is there a hotel block?
Yes, there is a hotel block. The group rate is $285.00++ and the deadline to reserve a room in this block is May 20, 2025 BEFORE 5pm. Book your room Here!
Are meals included in the cost of the registration?
Meals provided for the Residency Conference of the Rockies include a breakfast and boxed lunch. Registration also covers the entry into the joint reception with the CPS Annual Meeting.
If I choose not to eat at the conference, can I deduct the meal cost from my registration?
Unfortunately, this will not be possible.
Is there parking at the hotel?
There is complimentary self parking for all registered attendees!
Can family or guest join the conference?
Family or other guest are welcome to join you in Colorado Springs. They are not permitted to attend any programing, receptions or meals unless they are a registered attendee.
