In the event that an Exhibitor cancels participation in the exhibit, Exhibitor shall promptly notify CPS in writing. 

• Cancellations received greater than 60 days out from the event will receive a 50% refund of registration costs and less a $50 administrative fee. 
• Cancellations received less than 60 days out from the event will result in forfeit of all funds paid. 

Upon cancellation, Exhibitor loses all right to space and CPS reserves the right to reassign that space to another Exhibitor. In addition, the Exhibitor loses the right to use any complimentary exhibitor registration badges. 

Upon completion of a Sponsor registration, you have committed to supporting CPS with those funds. That sponsorship becomes unavailable to sell to another organization; therefore, we are unable to accept Sponsor Cancellations.
