CPS 2025 RESIDENCY CONFERENCE OF THE ROCKIES

Know before you go

Welcome to the 4th Residency Conference of the Rockies!

We are excited to celebrate our pharmacy residents as they present their year long achievement. This is a time for us to share our knowledge and collaborate! Below is some detailed information you should know before you go!


Parking:

Self-Parking is complimentary for all registered attendees. Please see the front desk to receive a parking tag.


Dress Code:
Dress attire for the conference is business casual with the recommendation that presenters should plan for business professional during their presentations.


Attendance:
Attendees are expected to attend as many presentations as possible throughout the day to not only support their peers but aligns with our mission.


Presentation Information 

  • Presentations will begin on-time.  Please do not enter a meeting room once the presentation has begun.
  • Each presentation is a maximum of 15 minutes with 5 minutes of Q & A following.  We encourage audience members to ask questions.
  • Moderators will provide a “5-minute, 3-minute and 1-minute” reminder to presenters at 10, 12 & 14-minutes and if needed a “stop” notice at 15-minutes.  All sessions will be stopped at 20 minutes in order to stay on schedule.
  • Each room will have a screen, projector, podium, laptop and slide advancer.
  • All residents and fellows should bring a back-up copy of their presentation on a USB drive.
  • No speaker ready rooms will be available to practice.


Evaluations:

  • It is highly encouraged for each attendee to complete an evaluation for each presentation they attend. We expect a minimum of 4 evaluations per attendee be submitted.
  • Above QR code will be placed around the rooms for your convenience of submitting a resident presentation evaluation.
  • Evaluations will be conducted electronically with the link found  below and HERE.

DIRECTIONS

 To find the meeting rooms, enter through the main entrance of the main lobby.    


 MAIN LEVEL (Lobby Level):  

  1. To get to the Centennial Ballroom (General Session Room & RCOR Kickoff) start in the lobby with the check in desks being on your right side and move to the left. Pass the Bathrooms and the gift shop and the ballroom will be on your right!
  2. To get to Remington's Ballroom (Exhibit Hall and Student Poster Sessions) start in the lobby with the check in desks being on your right side and move to the left. Pass the Bathrooms and the gift shop and the Centennial ballroom. Continue down the hall and move through 2 sets of double doors. Continue down the hallway, passing bathrooms on your right and straight ahead will be Remington's Ballroom!


CONFERENCE LEVEL (1 Floor Below Lobby Level):  

  1. To get to the Breakout Rooms - Manitou, Arapaho, Comanche and Shoshoni (RCOR, Saturday Student Session and Invite Only - President's Breakfast ) start in the lobby with the check in desks being on your right side and move forward. Navigate down the staircase that is located in the middle of the lobby. Looking straight ahead, stay to your right. Move down the hall and on your right hand side there will be a group of rooms. These are our breakout rooms!


LOWER LEVEL (2 Floors Below Lobby Level):  

  1. To get to the Cheyenne Courtyard and Cheyenne Ballroom (RCOR and Annual Meeting Welcome Reception and Optional Educational Dinner) start in the lobby with the check in desks being on your right side and move forward. Navigate down the staircase that is located in the middle of the lobby. Looking straight ahead,  use the staircase on your left hand side, past the piano on your left. You will see double doors. You are going to continue down the stairs to the left. At the bottom of the stairs, the courtyard will be immediately on your left and straight ahead on the right hand side will be the ballroom!
