Thank you for choosing to attend the 3rd Residency Conference of the Rockies on June 12th and/or the CPS 2024 Annual Meeting on June 13-14th at Hotel Colorado in Glenwood Springs, CO. We are excited to welcome you to this year's summer events and we always appreciate your support. Please see the information below to ease your travels and get you ready for the events. See you soon!

REGISTRATION AND CHECK-IN
We will have registration open starting on Wednesday, June 12th from 7:00 am - 6:00 pm at the entrance of the Devereux Ballroom located on the ground floor to the left of the front desk. To find the registration table, once you enter enter through the main (West) entrance, please take a left. The registration table in front of the Devereux Ballroom. Please see the below registration hours for the week of the conference:

- Wednesday 6/12, 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM
CPS 2024 Annual Meeting:
- Wednesday 6/12, 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Thursday 6/13, 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Friday 6/14, 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Please Note: If you have a balance due for the conference, you will need to remit payment before we can give you your credentials. You will receive an email by Friday with an invoice, if you plan to pay by PO, we will need to have the PO number on file by the time you check in to the conference.
TRAVELING, PARKING, HOTEL INFO
Plan your transportation, consider traffic and allow extra time for travel. The property is located at 526 Pine St. Glenwood Springs, CO 81601. Parking is $12 ( Hotel Colorado offers 50% discount of the $12 regular parking rate for the group staying in the hotel) at Hotel Colorado, in the back of the venue. See the parking location below. Please register your vehicle with the front desk if you are to park at any time to avoid being towed.
To find the meeting rooms, enter through the main (West) entrance. The Taft room will immediately be on your left. Walk down the hall and the Devereux Ballroom will be on the left. This is where the registration table will be located. To the right will be the Colorado Meeting Room. To get to the Roosevelt Room, travel from the main (West) entrance, through the lobby, towards the east entrance. The Roosevelt Room will be on your left.

ANNUAL MEETING ONLINE AGENDA AND HANDOUTS
In line with industry association standards, and in an effort to conserve paper and resources, CPS will NOT be offering printed slides at the Annual Meeting. If you would like paper copies of the slides, please use the Sched App to print them out before you come. All speakers presentations will be loaded before the conference day.
CPS WILL offer a meeting program for all attendees upon check in.
CE Information
The University of Colorado Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education (CPE). This event is eligible for 10.5 CPE credits for pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.
LOGIN TO THE CONFERENCE APP ON SCHED
The CPS 2024 Annual Meeting event portal is now live on Sched! The conference app will be a place to easily view and organize your plan for the Meeting, view all the details of the sessions, and view other attendees to help you network.

For networking purpose, PLEASE update your information as completely as you can.
All attendees should have an email inviting them to download the conference app on Sched.com. If you have not received this email, please use the button below to lead you to download the app and stay up to date on the events at the conference.
