Thank you for choosing to participate in the CPS 2025 Winter Meeting - CE & Ski, January 25th to 28th,  back in Beaver Creek, CO!   We are excited to welcome you to this year's Winter Meeting and we appreciate your support and look forward to seeing you at the conference! Please take time to read important information below.

We will have registration open starting on Saturday, January 27th from 3:30 pm - 6:00 pm at the Lower Lobby. Please see the below registration hours for the week of the conference:

Saturday 1/27,  3:30 pm - 6:00 pm 
Sunday 1/28,  6:00 am - 8:00 am and 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Monday 1/29,  6:00 am - 8:00 am and 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Tuesday 1/30: 6:00 am - 8:00 am 

Registration is located in the Lower Lobby of The Charter Hotel, please ask the front desk for directions to this area of the hotel.

Please Note: If you have a balance due for the conference, you may settle payment at the registration.

The Beaver Creek is open for the ski season, please take this into account as you plan your travel into the mountains and build in extra time for any ski traffic.

The Charter is conveniently located steps from village amenities, shops, restaurants, and the ski slopes at Beaver Creek Resort. 

Parking at The Charter is free for all attendees.

In line in industry association standards, and in an effort to conserve paper and resources, CPS will NOT be offering printed slides at the Winter Meeting.  If you would like paper copies of the slides, please use the Sched App to print them out before you come.  Thank you for your understanding! CPS WILL offer a 1 page agenda for all attendees upon check in.

The CPS 2025 Winter Meeting - CE & Ski event portal is now live on Sched! The conference app will be a place to easily view and organize your plan for the Meeting, view all the details of the sessions, and view other attendees to help you network.

All attendees should have an email inviting them to download the conference app on Sched.com. If you have not received this email, please use the button below to lead you to download the app and stay up to date on the events at the conference. Speakers slide are now available for download.
